Is Electronic Signatures legally binding?
Yes, it is legally binding and court admissible in most parts of the world, including all European countries, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and a majority of countries in Asia. We offer all levels of electronic signature. Your receiver receives an email with a secure and unique link to the contract, and can sign securely and legally from any device with a single click.
What document formats does GetAccept support?
With GetAccept's eSignature feature, you can upload documents in formats such as Microsoft Word, PDF, or other common formats. You can upload documents from your computer or popular file-sharing sites like Google Drive.
How is my personal data used in GetAccept?
