## Add application in Entra Admin Center

1. Register a new application in Entra Admin Center, found in **Applications -> App registrations.**
2. If you have already done this, skip steps 1 and 2.

3. Give the application any name you want, in the examples shown here it will be named **GetAccept Integration**.
4. After creating the application, you can find the **Client ID** & **Tenant ID** in the applications overview page; these will be required later in the setup process.

5. Go to the **Authentication** page in the application.
6. Click **Add a platform** to create a new platform configuration.
7. Select **Single-page application**.

8. Enter a **redirect URI.**
   - Redirect URI is the URL of your Dynamics 365 environment where you have installed and are using the GetAccept MS Dynamics integration.

9. Save authentication settings.

## **API Permissions**

1. Select the **API permissions** tab in the application.
2. Click **Add a permission.**
3. Select **Microsoft Graph**, found at the top of the screen.

4. Select **Delegated permissions.**
5. Search using the keyword **files** to view all permissions related to files.
6. Enable the **Files.Read.All** permission.

7. Additional permissions will be enabled automatically after you authenticate yourself using your current Microsoft account in the GetAccept integration in the following steps.

## Enabling Sharepoint from the GetAccept integration

1. Select **settings** from the GetAccept integration.
2. Select **Entity Relations**.
3. Configure the entity relation between the entity/table you’re on to a document location.
   - Defaults are the **OneToMany** relations **Account_SharepointDocumentLocation**, **Opportunity_SharepointDocumentLocation** & **Quote_SharepointDocumentLocation**, depending on your entity.
   - If you’re working from another entity, or if you have a custom entity setup, you must find the correct relation to configure.
   - Configuring document location relation ensures that only the files that are related to a specific account will be available to be uploaded as a document or an attachment.
   - Relation will be referenced in the **SharePoint setting** in the following steps.

## SharePoint Setting

1. Select **settings** from the GetAccept integration.
2. Select **General** tab.
3. Click **Add setting** on the SharePoint setting card.

4. Fill in **Client ID**.
5. If connecting a single-tenant application, fill in **Tenant ID** as well.
6. Click **Check API connection.**
   - SPA popup window will appear where you must select an account to use for authentication.
7. Select **SharePoint site** where your files are stored and connected to MS Dynamics.
8. Select **Document location.**
   - The root folder where all the folders/files for a specific entity/table are stored like account, opportunity, or quote.

9. Once document location is selected, GetAccept will attempt to find correct entity relations and mappings for the entity you are configuring.
   - If GetAccept is unsuccessful in finding entity relations and mappings, this step must be done manually.

10. Click **Preview SharePoint files** to validate settings.

11. Click **Save**.
