Overview

Smart Content in GetAccept makes it easy to create and edit content using natural language prompts and available deal data. Instead of writing or updating sections manually, you can instruct the AI to generate, summarize, or rewrite content in seconds. You can now also create and edit entire Deal Room pages with AI, not just individual sections.

With Smart Content, you can:

• Generate personalized content for your buyers using existing deal data
• Quickly add ready-made section templates powered by AI
• Work faster with a simplified Add content picker
• Create and edit full Deal Room pages with a single prompt

Natural Language Editor

The Natural Language Editor allows you to update or generate section content simply by typing instructions. The AI uses available deal data to create relevant and personalized outputs.

Data Sources Used by AI

• Editor Content: Existing text in the Deal Room or Contract.
• Meetings Data (Deal Room only): Transcripts and notes provide context for summaries, business cases, and Q&As.
• Buyer Data (Deal Room only): Industry, product, and company details (if the company is selected in room settings).
• Seller Data: Information set by your admin in AI settings to represent your company and solutions.

The more context you provide (meeting transcripts, discovery notes, company details), the more accurate and relevant the AI-generated content will be.

How to Use the Natural Language Editor

1. Click Edit with AI in the top-left corner of a section.
2. Enter your prompt (e.g., "Summarize this page into 5 bullet points focusing on pain points and next steps").
3. Apply changes:
   • To the whole section
   • To specific text elements (select elements first)
4. Choose which data the AI should use (e.g., meetings only for summaries).
5. Update with new deal data anytime using Update with AI.
6. Review AI suggestions in the modal.
7. Click Accept all changes and save to apply, or discard with the X.

Pro tip: You can also create new content from scratch. For example:

• "Create a Q&A section with all seller questions and our answers"
• "Generate a list of identified requirements so far"

Create and edit Deal Room pages with AI

In addition to editing individual sections, you can now create and edit entire Deal Room pages with AI. Instead of working block by block, describe what you want and AI updates the page for you, using the context of your deal.

What you can do:

• Create entire Deal Room pages using natural language prompts
• Edit full pages, single sections, or multiple selected sections with AI
• Rework layouts, merge content, and restructure pages instantly
• Use presets, saved prompts, or free text to guide the output
• Provide additional context via prompts, files such as PDFs, or URLs
• Upload additional files, or select from those already in the Files tab

When generating or editing a page, AI can dynamically structure it by adding, removing, or reordering sections, applying existing layouts and elements, and applying section and text color schemes based on your entity branding settings. You can freely switch between AI editing and the manual editor at any time, or combine both.

Note: Not all elements and layouts are supported in the first release. Support for additional capabilities will be enabled gradually over time.

Use AI to build templates and reusable content

You can also use AI to:

• Generate templates
• Create reusable content resources, such as sections or pages
• Build structured drafts with placeholders for future deal-specific input

Outputs will be more generic without deal-specific context, which is expected when building templates and resources meant to be reused across deals.

Content Picker Revamp

The Add Content Picker has been redesigned to make adding sections and elements more intuitive.

Smart Content Pieces

Smart Content Pieces are one-click AI-powered templates that generate full sections based on available deal data.

These templates use a combination of structure and AI prompts to generate content automatically. If data is missing, placeholders will appear so you know what to add manually. The more data in your Deal Room, the fewer placeholders you'll see.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still edit pages manually? Yes. You can switch between AI and manual editing at any time, or combine both.

Can I control what gets edited? Yes. You can edit a full page, a single section, or multiple selected sections.

Can AI create new layouts? AI uses existing layouts and elements, but can combine and structure them dynamically.

Does more context always mean better output? Not always. Very large or broad inputs may lead to less precise results. More focused inputs produce more relevant output.

Should I review AI-generated content? Yes. AI gives you a strong starting point, but you're always in control of the final result.

How is AI usage handled? AI usage is based on your company's AI allowance. Additional usage is available via the AI add-on.
