Purpose
The Participant Engagement Score (PES) measures the activity level of each participant in your Deal Room over the last 30 days. It helps you quickly identify high-intent buyers and low-engagement stakeholders.
How PES Works
Score Range: 0-5
Calculated using activity signals from the last 30 days, including:
- Visit frequency
- Time spent reviewing content
- Chat messages and comments
- File interactions (uploads/downloads)
- MAP activity
- Inviting additional participants
PES Levels Explained
| Score | Meaning | Recommended Action |
| 0 | No visits | Reach out directly |
| 1 | Brief visit, no depth | Light follow-up |
| 2 | Some engagement | Check alignment |
| 3 | Moderate interest | Validate next steps |
| 4 | Strong engagement | Accelerate deal progress |
