Use Microsoft Dynamics Images in GetAccept

Push images from Dynamics into GetAccept's image element.

Overview of the Image Element

The Image Element in GetAccept allows you to enhance your documents with visuals, making them more engaging and informative for your recipients. You can automatically populate the image element with data from Dynamics.

Note: You can also push images from Dynamics into GetAccept pricing tables.

How to Add an Image Element to Your Editor Block

1. Click on the blue [ + ] symbol.

2. Choose Image.

3. Click the Curly bracket icons {}

4. Enable the Add image key toggle

5. From the GetAccept integration in Dynamics, fetch the merge tag that will have the image details that will be pushed into the image element

6. Image details will need to be in the proper format in Dynamics to work with GetAccept's image element.

7. Copy fetched merge tag from Dynamics into the Key Label field shown in step 4.

8. Click Save key

Formatting Options

Once you click on the image element, a formatting bar will appear with several options:

• Resize Image: Choose from Original Size, Half-Width, Full-Width, or Cover Image.
• Image Alignment: Align to Left, Center, or Right.
• Caption Display: Add captions or descriptive text to your image.
• Hyperlink: Link the image to a webpage.
• Element Management: Move the image element up or down among other document elements, replace it with another image, or delete it.
