How event-based CRM sync works in GetAccept

May 11, 2026

Event-based CRM sync lets you automatically update CRM fields based on what happens in GetAccept, such as when a contract is signed, a Deal Room is opened, or a task in the Mutual Action Plan is completed. With conditional rules, you can combine those GetAccept events with CRM data (like deal stage, deal value, or any CRM field) so the right CRM update fires at the right moment, with the right value. This article is for CRM admins and Revenue Operations teams who configure sync profiles in GetAccept.

How event-based CRM sync works

A sync rule has two parts:

This means you can define different CRM updates for different deal scenarios instead of applying one rule to every deal.

Example rules

When a GetAccept contract is signed:

When a GetAccept proposal is opened by the buyer:

When a GetAccept Deal Room is published:

How to set up event-based sync with CRM field conditions

CRM admins and Revenue Operations teams configure the conditions in the GetAccept integration settings. Sales reps do not need to change their workflow.

  1. Open your CRM integration's sync profile settings in GetAccept.
  2. Select the GetAccept event that should trigger the sync (for example, contract signed, proposal opened, or Deal Room published).
  3. Add the CRM conditions that must be true at the moment the event fires. You can combine multiple CRM fields, such as deal stage and deal value.
  4. Define the CRM field and the value to set when both the event and the conditions are met.
  5. Save the rule. Repeat for additional scenarios (for example, a separate rule for deals above a value threshold).

Note: This release extends the existing event-based CRM sync. It does not replace it. Existing sync profiles continue to work, and you can add CRM data conditions to sharpen the logic where useful.
