How to view the document sent to you via GetAccept as an email, Hyperlink and SMS

## How to view the document sent to you via Email

| 1. Click on the **email**
2. Click on **View Document**
3. Once the document opens in a new tab, you will be able to view it and take any necessary actions, like [download](https://help.getaccept.com/en/articles/5480317-download-the-document), print, share, comment, or sign.

## How to view a document sent to you via hyperlink

| When you receive a document via email, you will normally see a hyperlink to click on, but in some cases, they might also send a thumbnail link that you can click to open the document. It will look similar to the below image.
1. Click on the hyperlink or thumbnail image and it will open in a new tab within your browser.
2. Once opened, you will be able to view it and take any necessary actions, like download, print, share, comment, or sign.

## How to view a document sent to you via SMS

| When you receive a document via SMS, you will see a text message in your phone messages that looks similar to the below image.
1. Click on the link and it will open in a new tab within your browser.
2. Once opened, you will be able to view it and take any necessary actions, like download, print, share, comment, or sign.
