# How to change the SMS sender name Having trouble with your text message with an Alphanumerical sender/using your company name as a sender here is what you need to know. In this article, we will go through how to set it up and where it is supported. # How to set it up 1. Click on your profile image up to the right 2. Select **Settings** 3. Click on **Settings** under **Document settings** 4. Scroll down to " **SMS Sender Override**" 5. Type in the name of the sender you want to use, you can have a maximum of 11 characters in the name (space is not allowed). 6. Click on **Save** 7.
