Overview of Content Library for Contracts folders

The Content Library for Contracts uses a folder hierarchy to help you organize your contract document Content Resources. You can see your folders and their contents at the top of the main view.

Create and organize contract content

Creating content within the library allows you to build a repository of reusable contract Content Resources for your team.

  1. Click Create Content in the top right corner.

  2. Select the type of contract content you want to create, such as a Template, Editor block, Link, Video, or Folder.

  3. To manage existing contract folders, click the three dots (...) next to the folder name to edit, delete or move the object.

Use Resources for reusable contract content

A resource is a reusable piece of contract content, such as a company bio or a customer case, that you can add to multiple contract templates.

Note: Changes made to contract resources will only affect future contracts. Any contract documents you have already sent will remain unchanged.

Find and use templates from the Template Library

The Template Library offers pre-designed contract and proposal templates that you can personalize for your brand.

  1. Go to Content and click Template Library.

  2. Choose a contract template and select Preview template to see the layout.

  3. Click Save Template to add it to your own Content Library as a reusable contract resource.

  4. Alternatively, click the three dots (...) on a template and select Start sendout to create a single contract document without saving the template to your library.

Perform bulk actions on contract resources

If you need to move or delete several contract resources at once, use the multi-select tool.
