Use the Dashboard to track active documents, monitor recipient engagement, and manage your sales or business KPIs at a glance.

Overview of Dashboard App Modes
The Dashboard provides a bird’s eye view of all active documents. You can choose between two App Modes depending on your specific workflow: Sales or Business.
Sales Mode: Best for tracking deals, hit rates, and sales-specific KPIs.
Business Mode: Ideal for managing HR documents, agreements, and general administrative workflows.
Change your Dashboard App Mode
Switching between Sales and Business mode allows you to tailor the KPIs and document groupings to your current needs.
- Go to Entity settings.
- Go to Regional settings.
- Choose your preferred App mode and save your changes.
Manage documents in Sales Mode
Sales Mode categorizes documents based on their likelihood to close and current engagement levels.
- Active Deals: Documents that are currently sent out but not yet signed or expired.
- Hot Deals: Documents that have been read, downloaded, or printed in the past 5 days.
- Valley of Death: Documents with no activity in the past 5 days. Use video reminders to re-engage these recipients.
- Expired: Deals where the due date has passed. You can reactivate these by updating the expiration date.
Track Sales KPIs and Performance
The Dashboard calculates key performance indicators to help you and your team stay on track.
- Hit Rate: The percentage of signed sales documents for the current month.
- Estimated Sales: The predicted sales value for the month based on closed deals and active deals multiplied by your historical hit rate.
- Average Completed Time: The average duration from sending a document to receiving a signature.
- Top Performers: A list of sales reps with the highest number and value of signed documents.
Manage documents in Business Mode
Business Mode focuses on document status and administrative tracking rather than sales-specific values.
- Unopened Documents: Documents received by the recipient but not yet opened.
- Active Documents: All documents currently out for signature.
- Signed Documents: A summary of all documents completed during the current month.
- Expiring Soon: A dedicated view for documents nearing their due date so you can take action before they expire.
