The Reports module gives you an overview of activity, performance, and document trends inside your Contract Room. It helps you understand how your organization is performing and where improvements can be made. Use this page to find the right reporting view for your needs.

# What you can do in Reports

- **View performance summaries**  
  See key metrics such as Send-outs, signed documents, values, and how these numbers compare to the previous period.

- **Analyze hit rate and deal outcomes**  
  Understand how many deals are completed, how your hit rate is calculated, and how performance changes over time.

- **Track activity and engagement**  
  Review comments, document views, and interaction patterns to understand how users and recipients engage with your documents.

- **Compare performance across teams and the organization**  
  Identify patterns in volume, activity, and performance at both user and team level.

- **Tailor your report**  
  Filter by date range, user, team, or tags to focus the report on specific segments.
