How to access the document's live chat

When viewing the document summary, you will find **Conversation** to the right where you can interact with your customer.

Here you can chat and leave comments for the recipients to read and respond to.

You can also continue your conversation anywhere from our mobile app.

When the document has been signed, the conversation will be saved in the certificate and can be read by all recipients of the document.

## How to delete messages

| 1. Hover your mouse over the message you want to delete<br>   <br>2. Click on the **trashcan symbol** and delete the message you've sent<br>   <br><br>## Removed messages will not appear in the certificate.
