## Audience:
Salesforce System Admins responsible for maintaining installed packages and integrations.

## Introduction

With Salesforce enforcing **Enhanced Domains** (from Spring ‘23), some GetAccept integrations may require reconfiguration to maintain functionality.

This article explains:

- What Enhanced Domains are
- How they impact GetAccept
- How to resolve potential issues

## What Are Enhanced Domains?

_Excerpt from Salesforce documentation:_

Enhanced Domains are the modern version of _My Domain_, meeting new browser security standards.

All org URLs now include your company’s My Domain name, covering Experience Cloud, Visualforce, and content file URLs.

These domains remove instance-specific URLs, making links consistent and secure. They are now **required** in all orgs from Winter ‘24 onward.

## How Does This Affect GetAccept?

GetAccept’s integration uses a **Listener Site** (configured during installation) to receive data from GetAccept servers.

When Enhanced Domains are enabled, this site’s URL may change, “breaking” the listener.

**Expected new format:**

```
MyDomainName.my.salesforce-sites.com
```

If the listener is invalid, you may experience:

- No automatic document status updates
- Chat functionality not working
- Signed documents not downloading automatically

## Fixing the Issue

To restore functionality:

1. Navigate to **Apps → [GetAccept Admin](https://help.getaccept.com/en/articles/5756026-the-getaccept-admin-app-for-salesforce) → Setup**.
2. Click **Edit** next to the **Listener URL**.

3. Re-enter your **GetAccept Admin service user** credentials.
4. Select the **new valid Listener URL** from the dropdown.
5. Click **Register**.

6. Go to the **Entities Tab** → **Disconnect** and **Reconnect** all connected entities.

After reconnecting, verify:

- Status updates work automatically
- Signed documents are downloaded correctly

Once confirmed, your integration is fully restored.
