Why switch to the native CRM card?

Create a Deal Room

To start a new Deal Room, open the GetAccept extension while viewing a Deal, Contact, or Company record in HubSpot.

1. Open the GetAccept extension and log in if prompted.
2. Click Create and select Deal Room from the content options.
3. Select a Deal Room template to instantly load your pre-defined sales content and structure.
4. Add participants by searching for and selecting HubSpot contacts associated with the record.
5. Choose to Publish the room now or save it as a Draft to add more personal touches inside GetAccept later.
6. Craft a notification message to introduce the Deal Room to your buyers.
7. Copy the unique room link to share it through your preferred channel, like email or a LinkedIn message.

Manage your Deal Room

Once a room is active, you can track buyer engagement and update access directly from the extension.

1. Add new participants from your HubSpot contacts as more stakeholders join the buying committee.
2. View Real-time Analytics to see which participants have spent time in the room over the last 5 days.
3. Use the Publish/Unpublish toggle to control when your content is visible to the buyer.
