Event-based CRM sync with CRM field conditions

Event-based CRM sync lets you automatically update CRM fields based on what happens in GetAccept, such as when a contract is signed, a Deal Room is published, or a buyer opens a proposal. With this release, admins can also add conditions based on CRM data itself, so a sync only fires when both the GetAccept event and your CRM conditions are met.

Conditions can reference CRM fields like deal stage, deal amount, or any other CRM field. GetAccept reads the live CRM record at the moment the event fires and applies the right update.

For example, when a GetAccept contract is signed:

Or when a GetAccept proposal is opened by the buyer:

Note: Event-based CRM sync with CRM field conditions is available for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Upsales, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Salesforce is not included in this release. The feature is included on Professional and Enterprise plans.

CRM admins and Revenue Operations teams configure these conditions in the GetAccept integration settings for the relevant CRM. Sales reps do not need to change their workflow; the impact is felt through cleaner CRM data and more reliable downstream automations.

FAQ: Event-based CRM sync with CRM field conditions

Which CRMs are supported?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Upsales, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Salesforce is not included in this release.

Does this replace the original event-based CRM sync?

No, it extends it. The original sync already triggers on a range of GetAccept events, such as when a task or milestone in the Mutual Action Plan is completed, when the buyer revisits the room, or when a contract is signed. Previously the only additional conditions supported were MAP task or milestone names. This release adds CRM properties (deal stage, deal value, or any CRM field) so the sync can make smarter decisions based on the actual state of the deal in the CRM.

Who sets up the conditional rules?

CRM admins and Revenue Operations teams configure the conditions in the GetAccept integration settings. Sales reps do not need to do anything differently.

Can I set different rules for different deal sizes or stages?

Yes. You can define separate conditions for deals above or below a value threshold, for different pipeline stages, or for combinations of CRM fields.
