This guide walks through the steps required to set up Single Sign On for Salesforce using a third party identity provider. Once completed, your users should have the ability to log in to the GetAccept integration in Salesforce by authenticating via the third party identity provider.
Step 1: Set up your third party identity provider with GetAccept
If you have not done so already, you need to first set up your identity provider with GetAccept. We have a few examples for different providers on how that process works. They can be found here:
Step 2: Enable SSO in setup section
- In Salesforce, navigate to App launcher | GetAccept Admin | Setup | Basic settings.
- On this page you will find the SSO Settings section near the bottom of this page. Add entity id to the SSO entity ID section and enable SSO.
- Optionally enforce SSO so one can only log in as that user.
