## Access GetAccept Automation

Before you can connect Salesforce, you must have an active GetAccept Automation subscription and an email invitation to the platform.

- Follow the link in your invitation email to create your account and log in.
- Click your profile image in the top-left corner and switch from **My Workspace** to your company's dedicated workspace.

**Note:** If you don't see your company workspace or have trouble logging in, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team for help.

## Find the Salesforce connector

To locate the Salesforce integration tools, you need to head to the connections area of your workspace.

- Go to **Projects** and select **Connections** from the menu.
- Locate the Salesforce connector within your project folder and click it to open the setup view.

## Connect your Salesforce account

Once you open the connector, you will need to provide your Salesforce credentials to link the two systems.

- Enter your Salesforce **Username**, **Password**, and **Security Token** into the connection fields.

**Note:** If you don't have a Security Token, you can generate a new one within your Salesforce personal settings under **[Reset My Security Token](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.user_security_token.htm&type=5)**.

- Click **Authorize** to allow GetAccept Automation to securely access your Salesforce data.
- Check the connection status to ensure it shows as "Connected" or "Active."

## Troubleshooting common connection issues

If the connection doesn't go through immediately, check these common Salesforce settings.

- **Invalid Credentials:** Double-check that your Security Token is appended to your password or entered in the specific token field provided.
- **Permission Errors:** Ensure your Salesforce user profile has **API Enabled** permissions turned on in Salesforce.
- **Reconnecting:** If the sync stops working later, go to the **Connections** tab in GetAccept Automation and select **Reconnect** to refresh the link.
